• The program is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Graduates with a degree in MCA, BTech, MTech, BSc IT, or MSc IT.
  • 2-3 years passouts and who are in the final year of the degree.
• Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process. Any false information provided may result in immediate disqualification.
• Candidates must apply before 11th December, 2023.
• Candidates must clear an aptitude test, which will be conducted on 12th December, 2023.
• Candidates who clear the aptitude test, need to appear for RDBMS, HTML, CSS, and Javascript tests for which we will provide the study materials. This will be followed by another Machine / Programming tests.
• Upon clearing the above-mentioned exam an interview will be conducted and qualifying candidates will be invited for the bootcamp.

• Shortlisted candidates will be provided 10-12 days of in-person training on Elixir and Phoenix web framework in Kolkata, starting from 1st week of January 2024.
• During the training period, candidates will be required to work on small projects and undertake 2-3 tests to assess their skills and knowledge.
• The company will pay a stipend of Rs 10,000 to the candidates of the bootcamp to encourage candidates interested in Elixir and Phoenix.

• The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this entire process at any time. The latest version will be posted on the company website.
• The decision of the company regarding shortlisting, training, hiring, and any other aspect of the program will be final and binding.
• Participation in the competition implies the candidate's agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
