There will be no charges, neither for the company nor for the professionals
participating in the event.
Only 10 companies would be allowed to register on a first come first serve basis.
Employees of Companies who have registered cannot participate in the entire program as a professional.
Ex employees of participating companies who have not completed 2 years post resignation will be allowed to participate only with NOC from that company.
Professionals who have been hired through Kalpavriksha by any company can not be hired by other participating companies for the next 3 years from the date of Kalpavriksha.
The participating companies will get the dashboard access of all the profiles who participate in this program for every testing stage till the time the program runs. Additionally the entire database of the professional will be shared with the companies.
Companies should decide and hire professional as per their discernment and discretion.
The joining details for instance the professional's joining date, CTC, working days, working hours, working domain, company's policies & location etc between Candidature and Company, Kreeti Technologies Pvt. Ltd. plays no role in it and will not be held liable for any irreconcilable differences.
If the professionals does not join the company after the auction or does not perform as per expectation of company post joining , then Kreeti Technologies Pvt Ltd cannot be held responsible for the same.
The companies need to declare the number of maximum hires beyond which they won't be allowed to bid in the first round of auction.
In the second round any company can hire any number Of candidates ready to participate in the second round of auction with a reduced base price who remain unhired in the first round.
The minimum number of hires allowed in the entire auction is 1.
